อมรวิชช์ นาครทรรพ
ดร.อมรวิชช์ นาครทรรพ เป็นนักวิชาการคลื่นลูกใหม่ในวงการศึกษาที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวาง ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิรูประบบการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ของประเทศในหลายหน่วยงาน อาทิ ที่ปรึกษาวิชาการ สำนักงานส่งเสริมสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาคุณภาพเยาวชน (สสค.) ประธานคณะทำงานการปฏิรูประบบการศึกษา สำนักงานปฏิรูป (สปร.) กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สช.) และสภาการศึกษา (สกศ.) และกรรมการบริหารสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา (สมศ.)
ดร.อมรวิชช์ เคยเป็นที่ปรึกษารัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (ดร.วรากรณ์ สามโกเศศ) นอกจากนั้นยังเป็นอดีตอาจารย์ประจำภาควิชานโยบายการจัดการและความเป็นผู้นำทางการศึกษา และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์วิจัยนโยบายการศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย อดีตผู้อำนวยการสถาบันรามจิตติและหัวหน้าโครงการวิจัยติดตามสภาวการณ์เด็กและเยาวชนรายจังหวัด (Child Watch) โดยทุนสนับสนุนของสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยและสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และยังเป็นอดีตกรรมการบริหารสำนักงานอุทยานการเรียนรู้ (TK park) อีกด้วย
ภายหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษาเป็นครุศาสตรบัณฑิตเกียรตินิยม จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ดร.อมรวิชช์ ได้ศึกษาต่อด้านการวิจัยการศึกษาและการประเมินผล (Education Research and Evaluation) จนสำเร็จปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอกจากมหาวิทยาลัยโอไฮโอสเตท ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา
Dr. Amornwich Nakornthap
Dr. Amornwich Nakornthap is regarded as one of Thailand’s leading education scholars. He now provides services to various government agencies as an adviser and committee member in education. At present, he is working as Senior Advisor to the Quality Learning Foundation and is Chairman of Thailand Education Reform Committee, National Reform Office. He is also a committee member of the National Health Commission of Thailand, Office of the Education Council and Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA).
His previous appointments include a lecturer in the department of Education Policy Management and Leadership, and director of Education Policy Research Center, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, director of Ramajitti Institute and chair of ChildWatch Thai project supported by Thai Health Promotion Foundation. He is also a former committee member of TK Park.
Dr. Amornwich holds a PhD and MA in Education Research and Evaluation from Ohio State University, USA, as well as a BA (distinction) from Education Faculty, Chulalongkorn University. He also earned recognition as a Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship.
