ดร.เบญจลักษณ์ น้ำฟ้า มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านการบริหารการศึกษา ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่ง รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นผู้ริเริ่มผลักดันการปฏิรูปกระบวนการเรียนรู้ “ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ” ตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 จนถึงปัจจุบัน ฉบับที่ 3 พ.ศ. 2553 นำมาสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในโรงเรียน ก่อให้เกิดกิจกรรมการพัฒนาผู้นำและพัฒนาเยาวชนไทยมากมาย รวมทั้งความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการจัดค่ายผู้นำเยาวชนอาเซียนและเยาวชนนานาชาติ นอกจากนั้น ดร.เบญจลักษณ์ยังเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ร่วมพัฒนาหลักสูตรการศึกษาไทยสู่มาตรฐานสากล และหลักสูตรประชาคมอาเซียน โดยได้ก่อตั้งพัฒนารูปแบบของโรงเรียนที่เป็นศูนย์อาเซียนศึกษา กิจกรรมของโรงเรียนและชุมชนในการพัฒนาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ขณะนี้กำลังพัฒนาหลักสูตรประชาคมอาเซียนร่วมกับประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียน รวมทั้งเป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยในการร่วมประชุมด้านการศึกษาระดับนานาชาติและองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ทั้งที่เป็นการประชุมหน่วยงานขององค์การสหประชาชาติ ได้แก่ UNESCO, UNICEF และหน่วยงานระหว่างประเทศอื่น ได้แก่ SEMEAO, ธนาคารโลก เป็นต้น รวมถึงได้รับเชิญให้เป็นที่ปรึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการกำหนดแผนพัฒนาของประเทศต่างๆ และการเป็นวิทยากรให้แก่ภาครัฐและเอกชนทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ดร.เบญจลักษณ์สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก สาชาวิชานโยบายการศึกษาและหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน และปริญญาโท ในสาขาการประถมศึกษา จากมหาวิทยาลัยมิชิแกนสเตท ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา

Dr. Banjalug Namfa

Dr. Banjalug Namfa, Deputy Secretary General, Office of Basic Education Commission, Ministry of Education, has a broad and profound understanding of education policy. She is a pioneer in education reform introducing the "student-centered learning" approach to the National Education Act 1999 - 2010. The initiation of this approach has led to its substantial practice in schools, creating many leadership development and youth development programs. The programs have given rise to several international cooperation initiatives including the ASEAN Youth Leadership Camp and international youth camps. She also participates in the Thai curriculum committee to develop education programs for the ASEAN community and international standards through the establishment of the ASEAN Studies Center as a pilot project at local schools. This common ASEAN curriculum education is now being developed in cooperation with other ASEAN countries. Dr. Banjalug is also a country representative for various conferences organized by international education organizations including UNESCO and UNICEF, SEAMEO and the World Bank. She works as a consultant to and adviser for the education development policy and as a lecturer for both public and private sectors in Thailand and abroad. Dr. Benjalug holds a doctorate degree in Curriculum, Teaching & Educational Policy and a master's degree in Elementary Education from Michigan State University, USA.
