ชาน-ซู อาน
ชาน-ซู อาน เป็นกวีชาวเกาหลีใต้ที่มีผลงานรวมบทกวีได้รับการตีพิมพ์จำนวนสองเล่ม ได้แก่ หนังสือรวมบทกวี “นรกที่แสนงาม” (A Beautiful Hell) และ “กวีนิพนธ์ของต้นไม้ต้นหนึ่ง” (A Tree’s Poem)
ปัจจุบัน ชาน-ซู อาน ดำรงตำแหน่งสำคัญของหน่วยงานเอกชนที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการส่งเสริมด้านหนังสือและการอ่านในกลุ่มเยาวชนของเกาหลีใต้ถึง 3 หน่วยงานด้วยกัน คือ Citizen Action for Reading Culture, Book Culture Foundation และ Bookstart Korea
นอกจากนั้นเขายังดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นสมาชิกคณะกรรมการที่ปรึกษาของหอสมุดแห่งชาติเพื่อเด็กและเยาวชน รวมทั้งเป็นหนึ่งในคณะบริหารของ คณะกรรมการด้านหนังสือเด็กและเยาวชนประจำประเทศเกาหลีใต้ หรือ KBBY อันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของคณะกรรมการนานาชาติด้านหนังสือเด็กและเยาวชน หรือ IBBY งานเหล่านี้เองทำให้ชาน-ซู อานเรียกได้ว่าเป็นนักกิจกรรมทางสังคมในองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนด้านการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการอ่านที่ทำงานอย่างแข็งขันในการสร้างสรรค์ประชาสังคมที่มีคุณภาพให้แก่ประเทศเกาหลีใต้
Mr. Chan Soo Ahn
Chan Soo Ahn is a poet and has published two collections of poems entitled “A beautiful Hell” and “A Tree's Poem”.
He is currently serving as the Director General of Citizen Action for Reading Culture / Book Culture Foundation / Bookstart Korea.
Chan Soo Ahn is also a member of the advisory committee of the National Library for Children & Young Adults and a member of Executive Committee of KBBY (National Section of Korea, The International Board on Books for Young People). He is highly respected for his active role in expanding reading culture to create a mature civil society in South Korea.
